Your Role with Us

As a recruiter, you will be a central part of our team. You will:

• Own the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis to signed contract.
• Be a support for managers and a trusted partner throughout the process.
• Head-hunt and search with a keen sense – you know where the talents are and how to reach them.
• Create a first impression that impresses – both for candidates and colleagues.
• Contribute to sustainable recruitment where the right person ends up in the right place.
• Participate in onboarding – you ensure that new employees get a good start and feel welcome.

Introduction and Work Method

You will start by getting to know our business in depth – through dialogue with managers and time spent in the organization. You will manage your time yourself, based on the needs of the business and considering the managers' calendars. The position is 60%, which gives you the flexibility to plan your work in a way that works for you and us.
